PRESCHOOL DROP IN!!!

We are excited to be offering Preschool Drop In Gymnastics every Friday morning from 9:00-10:15am. $10.00 admission per participant at the door. Come start your weekends off by having some fun!

Please Note: An annual Gymnastics BC Membership is required and can by purchased on our registration site at: paga.uplifterinc.com under the tab “purchase subscriptions”. These memberships are annual and thus can be used towards future programming registrations as well!

RECREATIONAL CANGYM: 6 years +

PAGA follows the Can Gym program for recreational gymnastics. Each of the 14 different levels is progressively more challenging. Children learn the basic fundamentals of gymnastics through a wide range of activities.

Beginner classes boys and girls

  • 1 hour in length.
  • 6 years and up.
  • Burgundy, Red and Tan Badge
  • Family and Friends are invited to view on specified watch weeks from the designated area.
  • Children/siblings not enrolled are not permitted in the gym unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.

Intermediate class

  • 1 ½ hours in length.
  • Must have completed Tan Badge.
  • Family and Friends are invited to view on specified watch weeks from the designated area.
  • Children/siblings not enrolled are not permitted in the gym at any time!

Advanced class

  • 4 hours/week
  • Recommendation or try-out required
  • Family and Friends are invited to view on specified watch weeks from the designated area.
  • Children/siblings not enrolled are not permitted in the gym at any time!

Boys class

  • ages 6 and up
  • All boys apparatus
  • May lead to boys Advanced Program

PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAMS

pre-school

All gymnastics equipment is used under the guidance of a certified gymnastics instructor. Using a wide variety of activities your child will have continuous benefits with many successes, challenges and discoveries. Our goal is to teach and explore the basic fundamentals of gymnastics.

Parent and Tot Classes

  • 45 minutes in length
  • Age 2 and up
  • Parents must accompany child – Companion Form must be completed
  • Parents are there to assist child under coach’s guidance
  • Children/Siblings not enrolled are not permitted in the gym
  • Certificate program

Pre-School Classes

3 & 4years

  • 45 mins. in length
  • Family and Friends are invited to view on specified watch weeks from the designated area
  • 4-level badge program

KinderGym

  • 1 hour in length
  • 4- level badge program
  • Family and Friends are invited to view on specified watch weeks from the designated area
  • 5 yrs. or turning 5 within the session

Advanced 5-7

  • 2 days/week

COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

Paga offers pre-competitve and competitive programs for boys and girls ages 5 and up. All competitive programs offer two types of price reduction plans. Competitive program fees are based on a 10month commitment. Gymnasts are required to wear proper gymnastics attire and have hair tied back neatly.

New!  BC Gymnastics Competitive Program will change for the 2015 competitive season.  Adopting the USA system will levels 1-9.  Levels 1-5 are compulsory and Levels 6-9 optionals.

Interclub – Competitive Recreational 

  • 1.5-3 hours per week
  • gymnastics training suit required
  • must be attending kindergarten

Girls Prep:

  • ages 5-7
  • 3hrs/week
  • recommendation or  tryout required

Pre-competitive girls

  • 4 -6 hours per week
  • competitive tracksuit required
  • will participate in competitive shows
  • able to compete in Level 1 &2 competitions

Pre-competitive boys

  • 2-3hrs hours per week
  • shorts and singlet required

Competitive girls

  • minimum 6 hours per week
  • attendance of min. 4 competitions per year
  • attendance in competitive shows and events
  • competitive hoodie required

Competitive boys TBA

  • competitive singlet, shorts and longs required
  • competitive boys hoodie required

Drop In Programs : NO DROP INS, AT THIS TIME, DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS.

Safety and Hygiene: FOOD AND BEVERAGES (including coffee) WILL NOT PERMITTED IN THE GYM!  This will result in Drop In programs being cancelled.  Snacks can be taken in the Lobby or the upstairs viewing area.

Holidays and Pro-days Cost: $5/member child OR $10/non member child

Birthday parties

DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER BIRTHDAY PARTIES, AT THIS TIME.

Cost: $140 Members, $160 non-members

All parties MUST be paid in full or  held with a credit card.  Your credit card WILL be charged for any additional participants in the gym (please see description below)

Payment is required at the time of booking.

PARTY DAYS AND TIMES

Fridays 6:00

Sunday 11:30, 12;45, 2:00 & 3:30

AGES AND PARTICIPANT NUMBERS

AGES: 3-5years – Max 16 Participants

AGES: 6 years and over (all participants must be 6 years or older)- Max 20 Participants

Participants are all individuals who are active and mobile (this includes BABIES who are crawling and walking  or adults that come on to the gym floor  and make use of the equipment) Spectators and adults may view from our upstairs viewing area. First and Last names of ALL participants must be provided prior to party. Only those names on the list are permitted on any gymnastics equipment.  Parents that will be participated will count in the participant numbers.

Payment in Full is required prior to the star of the Party.  A party will NOT start until full payment has been received.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • 1 hour of gym time followed by 50 mins in upstairs birthday room.
  • Kitchen is available with fridge, freezer, microwave.
  • You need to supply your own utensils, plates, napkins etc.
  • First and Last names, phone numbers and ages of all participants must be provided at start party.  Attendees names must be on sign in sheet to participate.
  • If a parent is assisting a child they must be signed in as a participant.
  • Only those names on the sign in sheet may be on any gymnastics equipment.
  • Parents who wish to participate in party must be registered as guest and therefore count toward number of participants.
  • Do not enter the gym until the birthday coach directs your group in.
  • Be cleaned up and departing on time.
  • Parents and Spectators are not permitted on the gym floor or equipment and may view from our upstairs viewing area.
